British National Party to see if changes make them legal

The British National Party will find out later whether their decision to scrap its whites-only membership policy meets race relations laws.
They made the changes after the threat of a possible court injunction over its membership by the Equality and Human Rights Commission The BNP will be back at Central London County Court where a decision is expected on the legality of the new constitution. It comes after millionaire Asian businessman Mo Chaudry had his application blocked after he said he was applying to join to "fight them from the inside". |
